What is UNITIS?

A European professional organization uniting companies involved in the field of cosmetic ingredients and determined to master their future nearby regulatory bodies and partners of the cosmetic industry.

Who can join UNITIS?

UNITIS is open to any company whose core activity involves:

  • The production of botanical extracts and natural ingredients for Cosmetics and Personal Care
  • The distribution of cosmetic ingredients
  • Testing and evaluation of cosmetics and cosmetic ingredients
  • Subcontracting, R&D, training, consultancy and technical support services

Our missions

  • Promote and defend the interests of the European natural cosmetic ingredients sector, supporting companies at every stage of product development
  • Represent the industry at European level, notably through active participation in the European Commission’s Working Group on Cosmetics
  • Anticipate regulatory changes and ensure that the strategic needs of the sector are understood and defended
